Cosmos pillar candles

Yes. Every candle, crochet piece and décor accent is made by hand in India, in small runs. Because of that, small variations in colour, texture and finish are normal — they're part of the character of a handmade piece.

Yes — shipping is free across India. Dispatch and delivery timelines, courier partners and any charges outside India are set out on our shipping policy page.

Order updates are sent to the email address used at checkout, and your order history lives in your account. If something looks wrong, message us with your order number and we'll look into it.

Materials are listed on each product page. The Auri candles, for example, are made with soy wax and a cotton wick. If you need the details for a specific piece before ordering, just ask.

General candle safety applies: trim the wick before each burn, place the candle on a heat-proof surface away from anything that can catch, keep it clear of draughts, and never leave a burning candle unattended or within reach of children and pets.

As a rule with handmade crochet: hand wash gently in cool water, don't wring it, reshape while damp and dry flat away from direct sun. Table mats and coasters last longest when they're kept dry between uses.

Yes — we take custom requests and bulk gifting orders, including wedding and corporate hampers. Send us the details through the contact form with quantities and your timeline, and we'll come back to you.

Our returns & refunds page sets out what can be returned and the window for it. If a piece reached you damaged, contact us with a photo and we'll sort it out.

Running offers are applied at checkout on our store, where you'll see the final price before paying. Offer terms are shown with the promotion.
